Conditions of Sales
1. ORDERS
The minimum acceptable order amount is 40 Euros (before shipping and handling fees).
2. PAYMENT
Payment on line by credit card or by cheque, which will be cashed after your order has been shipped from our nursery.
3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
For metropolitan France, the fee schedule is as follows:

| of 40 to 85 € | -> 25 € | |
| of 85 to 160 € | -> 35 € | |
| of 160 to 350 € | -> 55 € | |
| over 350 € | -> 71 € | |
For orders being shipped outside France, please consult us regarding shipping and handling fees.
4. DELIVERY TIMES
Except in cases of inclement weather or unforeseeable problems, your order will be shipped within 15 (fifteen) days following its acceptance.
5. CLAIMS
All claims or requests for a refund or exchange of product must be made within 4 (four) days following the reception of your order.
