Norfolk Island Hibiscus. This slow-growing Australian species has a pyramidal form and olive-green foliage. Its Hibiscus-like light-pink blossoms give way to fruit in the form of capsules.

Planting
In full sun, in light, well-draining soil.
Maintenance
Takes well to pruning and tolerates dry weather when well-established. Avoid touching the fibres contained within the capsules, which are irritating to the skin.
