Acacia (Mimosa) dealbata

Known as the winter Mimosa, this species flowers from January to March in coastal regions, and should be protected from cold in continental areas. Lovely bunches of soft, powdery yellow pompons give off a gentle perfume, reminding us that spring is coming.
