Eucryphia x. nymansensis

This large, upright, evergreen shrub is a native of Chile. Its simple, pure-white blossoms resemble those of the wild rose and give off a sweet fragrance in July and August, attracting local honeybees. Foliage takes on warm yellow tints in autumn.
