Tulbaghia Purple Eye
Tulbaghia are small, long-blooming perennials with slender, garlic-scented foliage. Purple Eye blooms over a very long period with remarkable purple-hearted pink flowers.

Planting
In sun, in ordinary, well-draining soil that retains some moisture in summer while the plant is flowering. Remove the plant from its container and thoroughly soak the root ball. Place the plant (not too deeply) in a hole with a mixture of loose soil, topsoil and sandtype material around the root-ball, gently tamping the earth. Water in.
Maintenance
Water well the first year. Apply an appropriate fertiliser in spring if necessary.
