Fuchsia Silver Lining
(microphylla ssp hemselyana) This beautiful, silvery-leaved selection was obtained in 2004 by Crug Farm in Costa Rica. Masses of slender pink tubular flowers appear at the ends of the arching branches from July to October.

Good in containers or flowerbeds.
Planting
Remove the plant from its container and thoroughly soak the root ball. Place the plant (not too deeply) in a hole with a mixture of loose soil and topsoil around the root-ball, gently tamping the earth. Water in.
Maintenance
Water well the first year. Apply an appropriate fertiliser in spring if necessary.
